まずはAppからきたメールの引用から

結果から先に言うと

2. 2 PERFORMANCE: BETA TESTINGの方はタイトルにβ版っていう表記があったから？

2. 3 PERFORMANCE: ACCURATE METADATAの方はApp プレビューとスクリーンショットの動画にアプリ動作以外にホーム画面が入っていたから？

だと思います。

なのでアプリのタイトルからβ版の表記を消して、動画のアプリ動作以外の部分をトリミングして再提出！
